The location of this place is great, super close to everything! We walked about 10-15 minutes to grab coffee and snacks at Starbucks nearby ☕.

The staff was courteous and welcoming with local information. The exceptional service and shuttle to-and-from the airport far exceeded our expectations. The location was marvellous and very convenience close to the airport. We saw Henrietta Plaza, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The rooms here are well-maintained and spotless, offering private bathrooms and coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a refrigerator, complemented by a fantastic location in a busy area and a heated pool.

Location and staff were great.

They tried to charge us nearly double what Booked.net quoted us luckily I had my email in my phone so they fixed it. Someone else had slept in our bed it was full of dark long hairs so was the bathroom. Couch was full of crumbs. I complained they said they would do a thorough cleaning on our room. When we came back there were no dark hairs in our bed anymore but there were plenty still on the floor and all the crumbs were still on the couch. The bathroom ceiling had a hole and peeling paint. Wall cover thing was broken and had missing baseboard. It was disgusting!! I would not stay there again.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Rochester for a weekend getaway with my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Yvonne, were excellent and accommodating. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to relax. The beautiful facility, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and delicious dinner options all contributed to a wonderful stay.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
